Make plans now to join the ADL staff and over 300 learning, education/training professionals from DoD, government, industry, and academia for the 10th Annual ADL ImplementationFest from 10-12 August 2010 at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
ImplementationFest is the premier event for the DoD training community hosted by the OSD Advanced Distributed Learning Initiative. It provides an opportunity to a unique gathering of military, government, industry, and academic learning/education/training professionals to share lessons learned. The conference focuses on a range of topics including effective use of distributed learning technologies for DoD training, training standards and specifications, innovative learning capabilities, and other ADL topics.
For more information and to register for ImplementationFest, please visit the event page on the NDIA Website here.
Our agenda is being updated often to include additional speakers. Please check back for the latest information.
To jazz things up, we are adding some entertainment to ImplementationFest! There will be an "open mic" event hosted by ADL at the reception on Tuesday, August 10 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. The event will showcase the musical talent of the ADL team and community. Performers from the community will be invited onstage at the reception to participate with the ADL house band, “The Jamming Metadata,” to perform songs selected by the participants.
Those interested in participating in the event (musicians, singers, etc.) are encouraged to email mike.hruska.ctr@adlnet.gov for information, song selection, and to signup. Standard instruments will be provided.
