ADL has collected and analyzed issues reported by members of the ADL Community through Ask the Experts. Acting on that feedback, ADL announces the release of SCORM 2004 4th Edition Version 1.1. These products are maintenance releases to address defects in, and add enhancements to, the previous versions. They are being made available for the ADL Community to continue development and evaluation of their learning technology products against the SCORM 2004 4th Edition specification.
The ADL Technical Team announces the release of updates to the following products:

- SCORM 2004 4th Edition Testing Requirements Version 1.1
- SCORM 2004 4th Edition Test Suite Version 1.1.1 (Self Test)

SCORM 2004 4th Edition Documentation Set 1.1
SCORM 2004 4th Edition Testing Requirements Version 1.1
This version of the SCORM 2004 4th Edition Documentation Set and SCORM 2004 4th Edition Testing Requirements includes many clarifications and editorial enhancements that resolve ambiguities found in the SCORM 2004 4th Edition Version 1.0 Documentation Set and the SCORM 2004 4th Edition Testing Requirements Version 1.1. The issues addressed in this update do not change behaviors included the SCORM 2004 4th Edition Version 1.0, but provide further clarification and guidance for implementers wishing to produce SCORM 2004 4th Edition conformant content and systems.
SCORM 2004 4th Edition Test Suite Version 1.1.1 (Self Test)
This version of the Test Suite (Self Test) includes resolutions to issues identified with the SCORM 2004 4th Edition Test Suite Version 1.1 (Self Test). The issues being addressed by this version of the Test Suite (Self Test) are documented as Known Issues, as well as in the Readme document provided with the software. This version of the SCORM 2004 4th Edition Test Suite (Self Test) supersedes all previous versions.

SCORM 2004 4th Edition Sample Run-Time Environment (SRTE) Version 1.1.1
This version of the SRTE includes resolutions to issues identified with the SCORM 2004 4th Edition SRTE Version 1.1. The issues being addressed by this version of the SRTE are documented as Known Issues, as well as in the software Readme document. This release of the SCORM 2004 4th Edition SRTE supersedes all previous versions. Refer to the Readme file provided with the software for further details on the capabilities and development history of the Sample RTE.
The ADL SCORM 2004 RELOAD Editor Version 1.1
This version of the RELOAD Editor includes enhancements requested by the ADL Community while using the ADL SCORM 2004 RELOAD Editor Version 1.0. The RELOAD Editor enables creation, modification, and export of SCORM-conformant content packages that may also include ADL Registry or Healthcare LOM metadata. The ADL SCORM 2004 RELOAD Editor Version 1.1:
- Supports SCORM 2004 3rd and 4th Edition packages
- Supports moving SCORM 2004 3rd to 4th Edition packages
- Supports SCORM 2004 4th Edition package validation
- Enables the creation and inclusion of ADL Registry metadata within a package
- Enables the creation and inclusion of Healthcare LOM metadata within a package
- Includes the SCORM Learner Assessment Generator (SLAG) component for automated assessment generation
- Incorporates many usability enhancements submitted by the ADL Community
ADL recommends upgrading to this version RELOAD to take advantage of significant product corrections, and enhancements, especially for SCORM 2004 4th Edition development.
