Mr. Thomas Giattino – Advanced Distributed Learning is a powerful tool, but in order for it to become a daily part of an organization’s learning environment it must be combined with the correct policy, concepts of operations and execution plan. This briefing will look at what made Air Force Advanced Distributed Learning a daily part of the Air Force learning environment: policies that brought it into the mainstream of Air Force Learning, and the approach that grew the Advanced Distributed Learning Service (ADLS) from 60,000 to over 1M registered users, with over 800,000 course completions a month.
