At Adobe Systems Kim is responsible for leading the Digital Learning Services organization within Adobe’s Global Services. In a world of constant technology and business change, enablement is a critical success factor and a key component to customers realizing the full value and capabilities of their Adobe investments. Together with her global team of learning experts, Kim is driving innovative learning products and services that support the"human side of digital transformation".
Kim has over 20 years of experience working in successful services technology organizations. From building new to leading large well established services organizations, she has global experience helping customers realize the outcomes and value of their technology investments. Prior to Adobe, Kim was Global Vice President of Education Services at Qlik Technologies, a BI technology company focused on supporting business decisions through visualization and simplification of data.
Kim joined Qlik from Symantec Corporation where she spent several years leading the Education Services organization which supported customer, partner and employee enablement. During her tenure at Symantec, Kim developed award winning learning product innovations and certification programs. Prior to working at Symantec, Kim lead the training and support organizations for Marketsoft Corporation and spent several years at PeopleSoft developing and managing their industry recognized education services business for the HRMS practice.
Kim received her B.S. in Political Science with a minor in Secondary Education from Suffolk University in Boston, MA and spent two years at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA in their executive program for Advertising, Marketing and Product Management. Additionally, Kim has done academic work with UC Berkley and Lesley University related to adult learning development methodologies and evaluation.
Kim is a published author of a children's book, an avid supporter of Business for Peace (BPeace) and a board member of the Weseehope charity. She lives in Boston with her husband and two children.
